Article 1 These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations。
Article 2: All parties participating in the auction shall carefully read and abide by these Rules, and be responsible for their own participation in auction activities in accordance with these Rules。
Article 3: Henan Qiqutang Auction Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the auctioneer) shall abide by the principles of "openness, justice, fairness, honesty and credit" when organizing auction activities。
Article 4: Before participating in the auction, the bidder shall carefully read the relevant materials and fully understand the whole situation of the auction target. After the auction is completed, the buyer shall not propose to cancel the transaction on the grounds of ignorance or incomplete understanding of the auction target。

Article 6: This auction adopts the method of reserve price and increase price auction。
